I had a great stay! The room was super clean and had a nice coffee machine. Shlomi and Irene took amazing care of us. The beach and awesome cafes were just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable getaway! ☕

Soundproofing leaves much to be desired!!! You can hear every footstep in the corridor. Also, the terraces offer zero privacy with just bushes separating you from your neighbors. A little extra attention to bathroom cleanliness wouldn't hurt!!!

The clean patio was great, but the room needed better soundproofing.

The staff was willing to help and gave us good advice.

The room we booked was misleading in the pictures. We expected a nice terrace, but instead got a cramped space below the stairs with distinct air-conditioning units. The room was in dire need of repairs, with a dirty bathroom and an unclean fridge. We only got our towels changed, but service lacked proper cleaning during our entire week-long stay.

lets just say the "large studio with terrace" was nothing like advertised. the inadequately cleaned fridge and an almost revolting bathroom were just the cherry on top. i could’ve written a glowing review, but the lack of special treatment during my stay left me feeling quite neglected. disappointing, really.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Frishman Beach and surrounded by great Israeli restaurants and cafes.

A gem in central Tel Aviv

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sea Land Suites! The spacious rooms felt modern and clean, and the proximity to Frishman Beach was perfect. Shlomi and his team went above and beyond, assisting us promptly and sharing local tips. The cozy layout and well-equipped kitchenette made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the terrace. it could use regular maintenance. Some minor issues, like dusty corners outside, could be easily fixed to enhance the overall experience. I also felt the WiFi connection was occasionally patchy, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

The location is a total win! Just a hop from the beach, and super close to bus routes and coffee shops. Shlomi's service is top-notch—really goes above and beyond for guests. Can't beat that clean vibe.

Clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment just a short 5-minute stroll from the beach. Shlomi, the manager, is a gem, providing directions and recommendations like a personal concierge. The supermarket right across the street made it super convenient for quick snacks and essentials!

Noisy basement room.

Comfortable flat-screen TV and electric kettle. but laundry service was lacking.

the terrace could've used some better upkeep (slightly neglected). but the room was spacious with a large patio and a fully equipped kitchenette! ! i loved the comfortable queen bed and how quiet it was even being so close to the street.

Had a fantastic stay! The air conditioning was perfect for keeping cool in the heat and the large patio made for a lovely outdoor space. However, be mindful that the room lacked natural light since it was in the basement.

This place has a great setup. My room had air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries. I loved the private patio with outdoor furniture. Everything felt fresh and clean. Also, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach!
